How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.
For changes or cancellations to your order, please contact us at email@example.com. If the shipment process has already started, we unfortunately won’t be able to make any changes to your order. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.
How long will it take to ship out my order?
Upon receiving your order, it will takes us up to 1 business day to process your order and prepare it for shipment. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
We are pleased to offer free shipping via USPS First Class (delivery in 2-4 days) for orders of 5 or more cards. For orders of 1 to 4 cards, shipping rates are provided to you during the check out process.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If you need expedited shipping, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express. Rates for expedited shipping are provided to you during the check out process.
Do you ship internationally?
For the time being, we currently ship only within the US.
